If you do not have social media links, website or Etsy shop, please upload photos of your items. If you need to provide additional images, you may email them to Melinda at [email protected].. If no images, websites or displays of your work are provided, you will not be accepted.
I understand that set-up will be on Friday, May 16 from 5:30 - 7 pm and/or Saturday, May 17 beginning at 7:30 am. No vehicles will be allowed on event grounds after 8:30 am on the morning of May 17. I also understand that I will not be allowed to leave or tear down my booth before the event ends at 4 p.m.
I understand that there is no subleasing of booth space and my booth will contain the items approved on my application. I understand I am not allowed to sell or give my booth to anyone. If I cannot occupy my booth it will revert back to the event coordinator.
I understand the Mill Spring Makers Faire is a juried event and MSMF reserves the right to refuse any vendor from participating in the event. If I am not selected to be a vendor, my fee, minus the $20 jurors fee, will be refunded to the same card it was charged to.
The MSMM will determine final placement of all vendors and due to the irregularity of the ground and placement of storm drains and grates, the vendor may have to shim or utilize other devices to level tents and/tables.
I understand the event will occur rain or shine. It will only be cancelled at the discretion of the organizers in the event that it is deemed a safety risk to vendors or shoppers. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to weather cancellations.
